You are absolutely insperational! I’m 13 years old, and I hate the way I look. I know I’m overweight, (10-11 stones, size 12/14) and I’ve really wanted to do something about it for ages. @MrsBabyfat Small goals is the key. Try a new healthy food or habit every week.
Ex.: Substitute sweets for fruits, water for fruit juices, walk after dinner a couple of blocks and increase as you feel comfortable. Try to eat whole grains or whole foods instead of the processed ones :)

hey hey! Have you considered cleverous 402 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my sister lost lots of weight with it.
