When you sign the application, you give them permission to access all your prior medical records. So . . . all your prior medical records.

Hi, the insurance company will ask about your past medical history and records. I suggest you check this site below and get Free Insurance Quotes. You can compare their premiums from different companies that would save you money.

Your past medical history is a matter of record and a new health provider will get it. I presume you may be worried about an existing condition. You may not need to.

If you find yourself in the situation where you have lost employer based health coverage, but you have had coverage for at least the previous 18 months, you have rights under the Health Insurance Portability and Availability Act.

If that prior health coverage (for 18 months or longer) had no gaps of exceeding 63 days you cannot be denied coverage from a new provider due to any preexisting medical condition what-so-ever!

Hope this helps.
